With its subtle curved corners and cushioned armrests, the Reya sofa is influenced by the furniture at DUMBO House in Brooklyn. Upholstered in Pierre Frey’s Bosquet fabric, the designer describes this print as ‘a cross between scales and foliage evocative of Art Deco’, lending itself a vintage-inspired statement for the living room. Feather and down-wrapped cushions have a foam core for extra comfort, while beech legs lift it off the ground to create a sense of space. Each one is handcrafted in Long Eaton, Derbyshire by a family firm of furniture makers.
